Guarantee Specifications

1- All of our products, including all parts, are warranted for at least 2 years from the date of delivery against material, workmanship and manufacturing defects, or in the unit of measurement specified due to their characteristics, provided that they are used as shown in the user manuals and for their intended purpose.

2- Including all parts of the product (excluding malfunctions caused by usage errors), are covered by our company's warranty.

3- In case of malfunction of the product within the warranty period, the period of repair is added to the warranty period. The repair period of the product is maximum 30 business days. This period starts from the date of notification to one of the seller or manufacturer of the product.

4- In case of product malfunctions due to material and workmanship or assembly failure within the warranty period, the product will be repaired without any charge under the name of labor cost, replacement part price or any other name. In case of usage error, the fault is determined by the report prepared by the manufacturer.

Of the goods;

- Continuity of not being able to benefit from the product as a result of the repetition of the same failure more than two times or the occurrence of different failures more than four within a year provided that it is within the warranty period from the date of delivery and the total of different failures is more than 6 within the specified warranty period,

- Hanging the maximum time required for its repair,

- If the service station is not available, in cases where it is determined that the repair of the defect is not possible with a report prepared by one of the seller, dealer, agency, representative, importer or manufacturer respectively, the replacement will be made free of charge.

5- Malfunctions caused by the use of the product contrary to the matters contained in the manual are not covered by the warranty.

6- Elimination of consumer-induced product failures or replacement of defective products are made at the expense of the price of the product to be changed and the shipping cost belong to the customer.

7- The faults and damages that will occur due to natural reasons such as fire, lightning strike, flood, etc. during the loading, unloading and transportation after the delivery of the product to the customer; fire, lightning strike, flood, etc. and unsigned and unstamped warranty documents are void.

8- Our company is not responsible for the malfunctions of our products within the warranty period, damages or malfunctions that may occur due to the repair of someone other than the authorized service of our company. A fee may be charged for the repair.

9- For problems that may arise regarding the Guarantee Certificate, the Ministry of Science and Industry Trade, General Directorate of Protection of Consumer and Competition can be applied.

ATTENTION: While purchasing the products, make sure that the seller company approves your warranty certificate. Make sure to keep your warranty card and purchase receipt. When applying for the repair of products that break down during the warranty period, the warranty certificate and purchase receipt will be requested. Otherwise, it is out of warranty.
